Basic Terms and Conditions for Bookings
Deposits
A £200 deposit is required for large bookings.
A £100 deposit is required for small or medium bookings.
All deposits are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.
If a cancellation is made within 72 hours, the deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
Payments
Deposits must be paid at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
The remaining balance is payable on or before the day of the event/service (as agreed).
General
By confirming a booking and paying a deposit, you agree to these terms and conditions.
The business reserves the right to amend these terms with prior notice.
Privacy Notice
We respect your privacy. When you contact us through our website to request a quote, we only use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and offer our services.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with anyone. We also do not purchase personal data from third parties.
